Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily hospital operations to ensure smooth functioning of the facility.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as patient registration, billing, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient allocation of resources and effective communication among team members.
• Develop and implement policies to improve operational efficiency, quality care, and patient satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in healthcare operations or hospital administration.
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, including front office management, nursing services, laboratory testing, radiology procedures, pharmacy operations, etc.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for process enhancements.
