Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field
• 10-20 years of experience in program management, including a senior leadership role with P&L ownership
• Proven experience in scaling operations within wellness, fitness, spa & hospitality, or corporate wellness organizations

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership with a strong focus on Customer Experience (CX) and CRM
• Own P&L performance and lead high-performing teams
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and execution across departments
• Align stakeholders and ensure operational excellence across the organization

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Program management: 10 years (Preferred)
• Operations management: 10 years (Preferred)
