Operations Manager

Looking for

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the operational side of Triple and make sure things run smoothly as we scale.

This is a broad, hands-on role covering customer onboarding, customer success, payments, internal operations, and cross-functional projects. You’ll work closely with the founders and take ownership of many of the things that currently sit across different people.

We’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with little structure.

What you will do

• Own and improve key operational processes across Triple
• Drive cross-functional projects and make sure priorities, owners and deadlines are clear
• Work closely with the founders on strategic and operational initiatives
• Identify areas where the company can operate more efficiently and build the processes to fix them
• Coordinate across Commercial, Product, Engineering and Finance when projects require multiple teams
• Support customer success and ensure important client topics move forward
• Help manage customer onboarding and implementation processes
• Build reporting and visibility around the metrics that matter

What you need

• 5+ years of experience
• Experience in a scale-up, consulting, investment banking, fintech or similar
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear actions
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data and metrics
• Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers
• Experience in banking, payments, fintech, or regulated environments is a strong plus
• Comfortable using AI and automation tools to improve operational processes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned
