Operations Manager

Job Summary: We plan to hire an experienced Team Manager to oversee our operations and lead the team through each working day. The role includes managing the Sales team, staying in close step with the Executive Assistant, and keeping daily priorities on a smooth track. We're picturing a confident leader who can give a growing team structure, accountability, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily team operations so tasks and priorities stay on schedule
• Manage and coach the Sales team, including performance tracking and accountability
• Work hand in glove with the Executive Assistant to keep priorities and workflows in sync
• Update the business owner directly on team performance and progress
• Spot bottlenecks or inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions
• Define clear expectations, goals, and benchmarks for team members
• Strengthen communication and collaboration between departments
• Resolve everyday issues on the spot so the business owner doesn't have to

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience leading a team, ideally one with a sales function
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Diligent, accurate, and self-reliant
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing remote or distributed teams
• Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools
• Background in operations or business management
• Ability to handle multiple projects side by side
