Operations Manager

The Door District is seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to lead and coordinate our daily operations.

We are looking for a strong leader who can manage personnel, organize schedules and operational priorities, oversee warehouse activities, and ensure that installations, deliveries, materials, and daily tasks are properly coordinated.

This position will also play a key role in identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing better processes, workflows, and systems as the company continues to grow.

Schedule:

Full-Time
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Lead and coordinate daily company operations.
• Manage daily and weekly operational schedules.
• Supervise operations personnel, warehouse staff, installers, drivers, and other team members.
• Ensure installations, deliveries, materials, and warehouse activities are properly coordinated.
• Monitor daily priorities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain organization and operational readiness within the warehouse.
• Identify operational problems, bottlenecks, and recurring issues.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accountability.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Administration, Purchasing, Sales, and Management.
• Provide leadership, direction, and accountability to the operations team.
• Proven experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
• Previous experience managing and supervising personnel.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating schedules, logistics, materials, and daily operations.
• Experience improving operational processes and workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
• Experience in construction, installation, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related industry is strongly preferred.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
