Operations Manager

Gamma CS LLC is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to join our growing team in Midland, TX.

This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, building strong teams, and making sure our customers receive excellent service.

What You’ll Do

As a Operations Manager, you will oversee assigned commercial cleaning operations and support the Supervisors and Team Leads who lead our field teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and support Supervisors and Team Leads
• Oversee multiple assigned commercial cleaning locations
• Ensure buildings are properly staffed and services are completed
• Conduct regular operational visits and quality inspections
• Monitor service quality and company standards
• Coach and develop supervisors and team members
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with Supervisors
• Track operational KPIs and performance
• Review reports and document operational incidents
• Respond to customer concerns and operational challenges
• Drive timely resolution of operational issues
• Recognize employee achievements and support a positive workplace culture
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operations
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in operations, supervision, commercial cleaning, facilities, logistics, hospitality, or a similar industry
• Experience leading teams and/or supervisors
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Clear and professional communication
• Ability to solve problems independently in the field
• Comfortable managing multiple locations and priorities
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between assigned locations

Compensation & Growth

$25 - $28.00/hour + Performance Bonus based on Operational KPIs

Schedule

Full-Time / Primarily: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Schedule may vary according to operational needs.

Evening and weekend availability required.
