Operations Manager

PT Digiphoto Imaging Indonesia (DEI) is part of DEI Global, a global leader in souvenir imaging delivering end-to-end solutions that combine storytelling, technology, and seamless operations.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our multi-site operations in Indonesia. The role will be responsible for overall operational performance, sales and profitability, people leadership, and partner relationships across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple sites to achieve operational, sales, service, and profitability targets.
• Drive revenue growth and monitor key business KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve sales, productivity, and overall site performance.
• Manage P&L, budgets, forecasts, operating costs, manpower costs, and financial performance across assigned operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Site Managers, Team Leaders, and operational teams, ensuring effective manpower planning, recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs, operational standards, inventory controls, and guest service standards across all sites.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and key stakeholders, ensuring their operational and service expectations are effectively managed.
• Analyze site performance and implement corrective action and improvement plans where required.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Inventory, IT, and other functions to support business performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable local regulations, with accurate and timely reporting to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience in retail or multi-site operations, preferably within a multinational/global retail, leisure, attractions, hospitality, entertainment, or other customer-facing business.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites/outlets and sizeable operational teams.
• Strong commercial understanding with hands-on experience in sales performance, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and KPI management.
• Proven track record in driving revenue, operational performance, and profitability.
• Strong leadership, people management, coaching, and decision-making skills.
• Strong partner/stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven operational environment.
• Willing to travel frequently across Indonesia as required.
