Leading here means being close. Reading what’s happening, making decisions,

keeping up with the rhythm.

Your role is to make everything move forward – the team, the product, the

experience – without losing sight of what matters most: people.

Every day is different. Every decision matters.

You’re at the heart of the store – anticipating what’s coming, reading what’s

happening and boosting what works.

Your decisions are data driven but you also rely on your intuition. And you help your

team grow with you – leading from within, listening, challenging and pushing with

purpose.

Here, management is not only operational. It’s commercial, it’s visual, it’s human.

And it shows – in the atmosphere. In the results and the desire to come back every

day.

We have Training from day one and real opportunities to

grow.

Here, you’ll find the space and the team to keep growing with your own vision. We

offer a place where learning is part of the everyday, and where there’s room to

contribute, make mistakes, and evolve.

This can be the beginning of your story with us.
