Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall facility and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other quality and safety standards. The role drives operational efficiency, productivity, and optimal resource utilization while leading the warehouse team, monitoring performance through KPIs, implementing continuous improvements, and ensuring the achievement of financial and operational targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for facility operations and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other quality programs.
• Responsible for productivity, resource utilization, and facility maintenance while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manages all aspects of warehouse operations, including leading an efficient warehouse team, monitoring KPIs, evaluating team performance, and implementing continuous improvements.
• Reviews financial performance and analyzes revenue and costs against budget targets.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of any four years bachelor’s/college degree
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or facility operations management particularly in a warehouse, logistics and distribution field.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and facility administration.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost analysis, and revenue performance monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
