🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager from the Salon / Beauty industry who has managed multiple outlets across India and has a proven track record in:

✅ Revenue growth & business performance

✅ Multi-outlet operations

✅ Operational excellence

The candidate will be responsible for driving the overall performance of multiple outlets, increasing revenue, improving profitability and ensuring consistent operational standards across locations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Business Performance

• Drive revenue growth across multiple outlets.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue, average bill value, customer frequency and membership sales .
• Improve performance of underperforming outlets through focused action plans.
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, packages and memberships.
• Monitor outlet-wise revenue, profitability and business KPIs.
• Identify new revenue-generation opportunities.

Multi-Outlet Operations

• Manage and oversee multiple salon outlets across Pan India .
• Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, service standards and operational processes.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure consistency in service quality and customer experience.

Team Management

• Lead Outlet Managers, Salon Managers, therapists/stylists and support teams .
• Set outlet-wise targets and monitor performance.
• Drive productivity, discipline and employee engagement.
• Identify training and manpower requirements.
• Develop strong outlet-level leadership teams.

Customer Experience

• Maintain high customer service standards across all outlets.
• Monitor customer feedback and complaints.
• Drive customer retention, repeat visits and membership growth.

Cost & Profitability

• Monitor outlet-level expenses and operational costs.
• Improve manpower productivity and resource utilization.
• Drive EBITDA and outlet profitability .
• Review outlet-wise P&L and identify margin improvement opportunities.

Expansion & New Outlet Launches

• Support new outlet launches across India.
• Lead manpower planning, recruitment, training and pre-opening activities.
• Establish operational SOPs for new locations.
• Ensure new outlets achieve operational readiness and revenue targets.

⭐ Who We’re Looking For

Mandatory:

• 8–12+ years of experience in the Salon / Beauty industry .
• Strong experience managing multiple salon outlets .
• Pan India / multi-city operations experience preferred.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and outlet performance improvement .
• Strong understanding of P&L, profitability, team productivity and customer retention .
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.

🚫 Candidates without substantial Salon / Beauty industry experience will not be preferred.
