Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy: Formulate and implement strategies to ensure efficient, high-quality operations.
• Process Optimization: Redesign and maintain processes to boost productivity, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
• Budgeting & Financials: Oversee operational budgets, optimize costs, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide staff, fostering a collaborative environment, and setting performance objectives.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure all company operations comply with local/international laws and manage risks.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze data and prepare reports on operational performance to improve productivity.
• Technology Management: Oversee the implementation of IT systems to enhance productivity.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
