Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage and oversee the end-to-end operational processes for business loan applications. The role involves ensuring smooth loan processing, documentation, verification, disbursement, compliance, team management, and coordination with sales and credit teams.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of business loan/SME loan processing, from application login to final disbursement.
• Ensure timely processing of loan applications in line with defined TAT, SOPs, and company policies.
• Supervise KYC, documentation, data entry, verification, sanction, and disbursement activities.
• Monitor pending cases, deviations, approvals, rejections, and disbursements to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, documentation gaps, and process bottlenecks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience in loan operations, credit operations, documentation, verification, and disbursement.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end business loan process.
• Experience in managing and leading an operations team.
• Good knowledge of KYC, AML, compliance, and loan documentation requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
