Job Title: Operations Manager

Experience: 3–5 Years

Preferred Experience: Hospital / Diagnostic Centre

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month

Location: Islamabad

Job Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee day-to-day operations.

* Ensure smooth coordination between departments and branches.

* Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and workflow.

* Ensure proper implementation of operational policies and procedures.

* Coordinate with doctors, medical staff, administration, and support departments.

* Monitor patient flow and ensure quality service delivery.

* Handle operational issues and resolve day-to-day problems efficiently.

* Maintain proper records and prepare operational reports for management.

* Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall facility standards.

* Ensure compliance with hospital/diagnostic centre policies and applicable requirements.

* Assist management in improving operational efficiency and reducing service delays.

* Perform other operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospital Management, or a related field.

* 3–5 years of relevant operations experience.

* Hospital or diagnostic centre experience will be preferred.

* Strong communication, coordination, and team-management skills.

* Ability to handle multiple departments and operational tasks.

* Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Hospital: 3 years (Required)
