Operations Manager

Location: Ayobo, Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos State (Candidates must reside within close proximity)

Net Salary: ₦200,000

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Saturday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

I. Supervise daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and seamless workflows.

II. Manage staff schedules, evaluate performance, and maintain a high standard of workplace discipline.

III. Track KPIs, identify operational bottlenecks, and deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly management and operational reports directly to senior management.

Qualifications:

I. Bachelors degree or HND (A Master’s degree is a distinct advantage).

II. 5 years of verifiable experience in a supervisory or operations management role.

III. Strong leadership capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high emotional intelligence.
