Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Manager to lead our entertainment operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store functions, manage teams, and ensure seamless operational workflows that drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Duties

• Lead and supervise retail staff, including hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development to foster a motivated and high-performing team
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and stock control to ensure product availability and presentation standards are maintained
• Manage daily store operations such as cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, pricing strategies, and sales transactions with accuracy and integrity
• Coordinate purchasing activities, vendor negotiations, and procurement processes to optimize inventory levels and cost efficiency
• Implement operational policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements
• Monitor sales performance, analyze retail math metrics, and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Conduct employee orientation sessions, manage shift schedules, oversee cashiering duties, and ensure excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within the FEC or restaurant management environment with a focus on team supervision
• Strong skills in negotiation, recruiting, interviewing, training & development, and managerial communication
• Demonstrated ability in inventory control, bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and operational management
• Excellent organizational skills coupled with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently
• Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in Family entertainment is preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
