Job Summary

Bo’s Coffee is looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead and oversee the operational performance of assigned stores in Cebu.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, strengthening store leadership capabilities, and maintaining consistent implementation of company standards. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate business objectives into effective operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management

• Oversee the overall operations of assigned stores, ensuring compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service and adherence to brand standards.
• Conduct regular store visits, operational assessments, and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, occupational safety, and regulatory requirements.

Business Performance

• Drive achievement of sales targets, profitability, and key performance indicators across assigned stores.
• Analyze store performance, identify business gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
• Monitor operational expenses, labor costs, inventory levels, and other controllable costs.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve store productivity, operational efficiency, and overall business results.

People and Leadership Development

• Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers, Store Managers, and store teams to strengthen leadership effectiveness and accountability.
• Ensure effective manpower planning, staffing allocation, and workforce utilization.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, integrity, commitment, and continuous improvement.
• Identify talent development opportunities and support succession planning for key operational positions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other support departments to address operational requirements.
• Provide timely operational reports, business updates, and recommendations to senior management.
• Support new store openings, store improvement initiatives, and other business expansion projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Operations Management, preferably within the Food & Beverage, Retail, or Hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple branches or business units.
• Strong background in sales management, financial performance monitoring, cost control, and operational execution.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting.
• Willingness to travel across assigned stores within Cebu and nearby areas.
