Operations Manager

A. Cluster Operations Management

• Oversee operations across all client locations within the assigned cluster or geographic area.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, operational standards, and service protocols.
• Conduct regular operational reviews with Assistant Operations Managers.
• Monitor operational performance across accounts and address service gaps proactively.
• Ensure manpower deployment aligns with contractual commitments.

B. Manpower Deployment & Workforce Optimization

• Monitor overall manpower allocation across assigned client accounts.
• Ensure timely replacement of manpower to address absenteeism and attrition.
• Coordinate workforce planning with HR and recruitment teams.
• Ensure accurate attendance and workforce reporting systems are maintained.

C. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain working relationships with client representatives for assigned accounts.
• Conduct periodic service review discussions with clients.
• Address operational concerns raised by clients and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate significant client issues to the Branch Manager when necessary.

D. Operational Performance Monitoring

• Review operational reports submitted by Assistant Operations Managers.
• Monitor key operational metrics and service delivery standards.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented for operational deficiencies.
• Maintain discipline in operational documentation and reporting.

E. Team Leadership & Development

• Provide leadership and guidance to Assistant Operations Managers.
• Monitor operational team performance and productivity.
• Identify training and development needs within the operational team.
• Promote a culture of accountability, discipline, and service excellence.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
