Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. NPI & Product Approvals

Manage end-to-end New Product Introduction, product approvals, pack/graphic changes and nomenclature revisions. Maintain approval trackers and ensure timely closure.

2. Brand & Factory Coordination

Coordinate with Brand, Factory, Quality, Packaging, Production Planning and Sales for launches, product transitions and supply readiness. Resolve execution bottlenecks.

3. Price Revision & Master Data

Coordinate price revisions and ensure timely SAP/master data updates, documentation and implementation across relevant functions.

4. CSD-HO Business Support

Provide data, reports, documents and status updates for product approvals, NI, price revisions and CSD authority requirements. Maintain critical action trackers.

5. MIS & Business Analytics

Ensure accurate and timely MIS covering sales, growth, inventory, distribution and channel performance. Identify business gaps and provide actionable insights.

6. Business Reviews & Reporting

Support Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews with meaningful analysis, dashboards and presentations. Drive reporting improvements and automation.

7. Team Management

Guide the MIS team, allocate responsibilities, monitor deliverables and ensure effective coordination between Regional Sales, HO and cross-functional teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in FMCG Sales / MIS / Trade Marketing / Sales Operations / CSD or Alternate Channels
• Strong Excel, MIS and data-analysis skills
• Good understanding of SAP/master data processes
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
