Operations Manager

Job Summary

All American Burger is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, strengthen team performance, and maintain high standards for service, food quality, and efficiency. This hands-on leadership position works closely with restaurant management and employees to keep the business running smoothly while delivering a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and service execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house and kitchen team members.
• Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and shift coverage.
• Maintain standards for food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, waste, and operating expenses.
• Coordinate ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory control.
• Review operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Ensure proper POS, cash-handling, opening, and closing procedures.
• Coordinate kitchen and front-of-house operations during busy periods.
• Ensure compliance with food-safety and sanitation requirements.
• Provide regular operational updates and recommendations to ownership or senior management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management or operations experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Experience managing restaurant staff, schedules, inventory, and costs.
• Solid understanding of food-service operations and guest-service standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Food-safety certification is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
