BHJ Security Technology Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing security technology company specializing in integrated security solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, Video Management Systems (VMS), Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems (PIDS), Building Automation, Data Centre Infrastructure, and ELV solutions.

We serve clients across Malaysia and the Asia-Pacific region. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a Project Operations Manager to oversee daily project operations, site execution, coordination activities, and documentation management for ELV and security projects.

This role acts as a key coordination point between project teams, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure project delivery, progress tracking, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess both hands-on site understanding and strong organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities

Site Operations & Coordination

• Manage daily project and site operation activities
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, vendors, and external parties
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and site progress
• Attend coordination meetings with clients and consultants
• Support issue escalation and problem resolution

Documentation & Project Tracking

• Maintain project schedules and progress trackers
• Update Gantt Charts and work progress plans
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• Track testing, installation, and commissioning activities
• Maintain project records and documentation

Project Execution Support

• Review drawings and project requirements
• Monitor installation quality and site compliance
• Coordinate project handover and closeout documentation.

Essential Requirements

·        Experience in CCTV Systems, Access Control, ELV / Security Systems, or electrical low-voltage installation works

·        Able to read technical drawings and layout plans

·        Hands-on experience with site installation works

·        Basic knowledge of electrical and networking is an advantage

·        Able to manage workers and coordinate site activities

·        Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently

·        Willing to travel or work at different project sites when required

Familiar with Microsoft Project, Excel, or scheduling tools; Experience managing Gantt Charts and project tracking,strong documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualification

·        Experience in  industrial projects or Data Center Projects

·        Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
