OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Ocean Deli Pte. Ltd., ensuring efficient coordination of seafood procurement, inventory, processing, packing, distribution and customer service. The role will also manage manpower, suppliers, operational costs and quality standards to ensure smooth and profitable business operations.

Specific Responsibilities

It includes the following:

1. Oversee and coordinate daily business operations, including seafood receiving, storage, processing, packing and distribution.

2. Ensure operational activities are completed efficiently and according to company procedures.

3. Monitor seafood inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

4. Ensure proper handling, storage and transportation of live, fresh and frozen seafood.

5. Maintain consistent product quality and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately.

6.Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchasing, delivery schedules, product availability and pricing.

7. Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate where appropriate to achieve cost efficiency.

8. Ensure sufficient stock is available to meet customer and business requirements.

9. Ensure the company complies with applicable food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
