Location: South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, California (on-site)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operational functions of the retail location to ensure efficiency, inventory integrity, compliance with company procedures, and exceptional customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Inventory Management

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient store performance and adherence to company standards.
• Manage shipping, receiving, inventory control, cycle counts, and annual inventory processes.
• Monitor and manage cash handling procedures, including opening, balancing, and closing processes.
• Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with budget management and forecasting.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.

Team Leadership

• Manage, schedule, coach, and develop operational staff.
• Lead operational projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and security procedures.

Merchandising & Inventory Presentation

• Ensure merchandise is received, processed, ticketed, and packaged according to company standards.
• Maintain product presentation and stock organization standards.

PROFILE

• 4+ years of retail operations or inventory management experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory systems, and operational processes.
• Based on-site, South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, CA.

COMPENSATION

Base salary: $90,000 per year

Target incentive: $18,000 per year

This figure reflects our good-faith estimate of the base salary we reasonably expect to pay upon hire. The final offer will depend on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

Benefits include medical coverage (UnitedHealthcare HMO or PPO, with 85% of employee-only premium covered by Schiaparelli), paid time off, and employee discount.
