Operations Manager

9Mile Business Centre in Bedford is looking for reliable and professional individuals to join our team as Casual / On-Call Community Coordinators. These team members will provide front desk and administrative coverage when our regular Community Coordinators are unavailable or when additional support is needed.

This is a casual/on-call position with no guaranteed weekly hours. Most shifts will be during weekday business hours, and some opportunities may arise on relatively short notice.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome clients and visitors Answer and direct telephone calls
• Respond to basic client inquiries Receive mail and courier deliveries
• Assist with meeting room and workspace bookings
• Provide general administrative support
• Help maintain a professional and welcoming Business Centre environment

Previous experience in reception, customer service, office administration or hospitality is an asset.

Because some shifts may require short-notice coverage, candidates living in Bedford or nearby areas are strongly preferred.

Pay: $19–$21/hour, depending on experience

Location: Bedford, Nova Scotia

Schedule: Casual / On-Call, primarily weekdays
