Operations Manager

About the Role

SL Grease is a specialist in greasy waste management and an industry leader within Singapore. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dependable Operations Manager to keep the business running smoothly from our office.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate across teams, and support management with planning, reporting and process improvement.

This role is suited to someone who takes ownership, stays on top of details and sees matters through to completion.

For an independent and driven person, this role offers high potential for growth and progression.

What You Will Own

Operations

Includes:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations and scheduling
• Coordinating with field teams, customers andsuppliers
• Monitoring performance and resolving issues asthey arise
• Preparing regular reports for management

Administration and Compliance

Includes:

• Managing office administration and records
• Supporting staff matters such as onboarding andtraining
• Keeping permits and regulatory requirements upto date
• Maintaining and improving operating procedures
