Operations Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and Food and Beverage area. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient guest service, manage reservations, and coordinate all front office activities in a professional manner. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and supervise all front desk staff, including training and scheduling - Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained - Oversee the night audit process to reconcile daily transactions - Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service - Utilize phone systems effectively to handle incoming calls and reservations **Experience:** - Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a resort or hotel setting - Proficiency in phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills - Strong background in guest services and guest relations - Familiarity with hotel booking systems and front office operations - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for hospitality management and exceptional guest service. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
