职位简介 / Role Summary

岗位 / Position: 营运经理 / Operations Manager

负责首店筹备和整体经营结果。 / Lead the outlet opening and overall business performance.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 统筹开业、招聘、培训和营运准备 / Lead opening, recruitment, training and operating readiness
• 管理销售、人工、成本、损耗和经营目标 / Manage sales, labour, cost, wastage and operating targets
• 带领店长和后厨主管,协调前厅与生产 / Lead store and production managers and coordinate front and back of house
• 建立排班、服务、库存和现金管理流程 / Set routines for rostering, service, inventory and cash control
• 处理重大客诉、人员、设备和经营问题 / Handle major customer, people, equipment and business issues

任职要求 / Requirements

• 工作经验 / Experience: 至少3年连锁餐饮或烘焙营运经验,并有大型门店管理经验。 / At least 3 years in chain F&B or bakery operations, including large-outlet leadership.
• 学历 / Education: Polytechnic Diploma / 理工学院文凭
• 语言 / Language: 中英文均能用于工作沟通及顾客服务。 / Able to use both English and Mandarin for workplace communication and customer service.
• 其他要求 / Other Requirements: 能配合开业阶段和轮班安排。 / Able to support the opening period and rostered shifts.
• 核心技能 / Key Skills: 门店营运、开业筹备、损益、排班、成本控制、团队管理 / Store operations, opening, P&L, rostering, cost control, leadership

工作时间 / Work Schedule

每周工作6天,每天9小时,根据排班安排。 / 6 working days per week, 9 hours per day, based on the roster.
