Operations Manager

WE ARE HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Auto Spare Parts Trading Company in the UAE.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in the auto spare parts industry
• Strong experience in overall business and operational management
• UAE experience in auto spare parts trading is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, products, brands, and market practices
• Experience in managing multiple branches and daily operations
• Experience in sales, purchasing, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and customer service
• Strong knowledge of stock management and inventory control
• Ability to monitor sales targets, branch performance, and profitability
• Experience in coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
• Ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage and motivate sales and operations teams
• Experience in monitoring stock movement, fast-moving/slow-moving items, and stock shortages
• Knowledge of purchasing, supplier negotiations, pricing, and order management
• Ability to prepare and review sales and operational reports
• Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills
• Good knowledge of UAE auto spare parts market and customer network
• UAE Driving License is preferred
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations
• Monitor the performance of all branches and departments
• Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Accounts, and Logistics
• Monitor sales performance and achieve company targets
• Control inventory and ensure proper stock availability
• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and key customers
• Monitor operational costs and improve overall efficiency
• Implement company policies and procedures
• Handle operational problems and provide effective solutions
• Prepare regular management reports and performance updates
• Support management in business development and expansion plans
