Operations Manager

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets and operational efficiency.
• Develop and optimize production schedules, manpower allocation, material planning, and equipment utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop operations teams, including Production, Planning, Maintenance, Facilities, and Logistics, to drive high performance, accountability, and employee engagement.
• Coordinate and oversee equipment maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize operational output.
• Manage operational budgets, costs, and resources to ensure efficient utilization and cost control.
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, identifying opportunities for performance improvement and corrective actions.
• Support strategic planning and execution to achieve organizational goals and business growth.
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues and support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of manufacturing or operations management experience.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, maintenance, logistics, quality systems, and process improvement.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and cost control.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
