Job Description – Operations Manager

Department: Operations / Administration

Key Responsibilities

• Manage smooth day-to-day office and facility operations.
• Handle vendors, contracts, procurement and office supplies.
• Manage administrative budgets and drive cost control and savings.
• Oversee assets, housekeeping, security and workplace safety.
• Coordinate employee administration, IT access and office requirements.
• Ensure timely compliance, renewals and documentation.
• Manage office events, meetings and inter-office coordination.
• Monitor Admin Helpdesk and ensure requests are resolved within SLA.
• Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.
• Develop and implement SOPs and process improvements.
• Identify operational gaps and resolve issues with minimal escalation.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in Operations / Administration / Facility Management.
• Strong experience in vendor management, procurement and cost control.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and documentation.
• Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
