About the Role
A fast-growing multi-channel e-commerce logistics and fulfillment provider is establishing a modern distribution facility in Cebu. We serve high-volume retail, consumer goods, and enterprise marketplace brands requiring high-velocity order dispatch frameworks and strict inventory precision.

We are hiring an experienced, metrics-driven Operations Manager to supervise our upcoming localized facility launch and take full ownership of daily single-shift warehouse operations. You will manage the site fit-out phase, lead floor staff, and optimize fulfillment throughput pipelines to hit daily efficiency, quality, and unit-cost benchmarks.

Core Key Responsibilities

Facility Setup & Launch Phase

• Supervise localized facility outfitting, vendor scheduling, and physical storage infrastructure assembly to ensure timelines are met.
• Oversee the positioning, setup, and validation testing of warehouse equipment and material handling assets.
• Establish internal facility layout configurations, security screening points, and optimal floor routing paths before launch.

Daily Operational Execution

• Recruit, train, schedule, and lead a floor crew of 15+ operators and warehouse personnel.
• Monitor daily picking, packing, sorting, and dispatch lines to maintain stable, high-volume transactional outputs.
• Manage digital inventory tracking frameworks, handling daily multi-channel data reconciliation and data pipeline consistency.
• Coordinate inbound inventory cargo receiving, stock allocation, and cross-docking workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse management experience, with a direct background operating high-volume e-commerce fulfillment hubs (3PL), multi-channel distribution centers, or modern logistics facilities.

Software Literacy: High proficiency utilizing standard Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, or multi-channel inventory management data platforms.

Leadership: Proven track record of hiring, training, and managing teams of 15+ floor staff under tight daily shipping windows.

Operational Skills: Strong understanding of high-density inventory slotting strategies, inventory auditing protocols, and facility workflow optimization.

Logistics Network Knowledge: Clear familiarity handling local parcel carrier networks, inbound container manifests, and hub dispatch procedures.Must be willing to work entirely on-site in the Bulacan area and adapt operational schedules to meet high-volume volume surges during peak sales campaign periods.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
