What they need

Operations and Automation Manager
Link 360 | Remote (US) | Full time
$60,000-$70,000 base, $85,000-$95,000 target total comp

We run outbound revenue programs for our clients. A client signs, and thirty days later they have a working team including the technology that helps it run: a CRM built out, email and LinkedIn campaigns live, a dedicated Sales Development Rep on the phones, and meetings landing on their calendar.

Right now about sixty separate tasks stand between the signature and the launch, and all of them are manual. We're hiring the person who takes that over and then makes most of it run without a person touching it. – Not to replace you, to streamline what you have to do so you can focus on critical human operational activities.

That second part is the actual job. If you've built AI agents and automations that do real work unattended, you'd be designing the automation layer for this entire company from scratch. No legacy system to work around, no committee, direct line to the founder. Build it well and the job gets smaller every quarter, you.. get more focused on the most valuable activities we can’t or don’t want to automate with Ai. Which is exactly what we're paying for.

What you'd do

Build the client systems. GoHighLevel sub-accounts, pipelines, calendars, forms, workflows. Sending domains and DNS, mailbox warmup, A2P registration, dialer setup, CRM integrations. If a workflow breaks at 7am you're the one who knows why.

Automate the onboarding. Take the sixty-task launch checklist and cut it down. Agents, automations, templates, whatever works. We'll set a baseline in your first week and part of your bonus is paid on how far you move it.

Produce the campaigns. Each client segment needs an email sequence, a LinkedIn sequence, an SDR call guide, a one-page document, and a landing page. You'll use AI to produce them and edit until they don't read like AI wrote them.

Approve the data. Our data team builds the lists. You check them, filter them, scrub them, and decide what gets imported. A bad list wastes a month of calling.

Run SDR coaching. Weekly call recording reviews, written feedback, role plays, and updates to the call guide based on what you hear. You run the routine and improve it.

Document everything. You're the first person in this seat. What you build becomes the training system for everyone after you.

What we need you to already have

You've built AI agents or multi-step automations that run on their own and do real operational work. Content, enrichment, reporting, QA, handoffs between systems. This one isn't negotiable and we'll ask you to walk us through what you built.

Two to four years in marketing ops, revenue ops, sales ops, or agency account management, with your hands in the tools rather than overseeing someone else's.

You've built inside a CRM and marketing automation platform. GoHighLevel is a big plus. Serious build work in HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Keap, or Salesforce counts if you pick up platforms fast.

You understand cold email infrastructure. SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup, deliverability troubleshooting.

You write well. Some of what you produce goes out under a client's name.

You're organized past the point other people find reasonable. Checklists, documentation, follow-through. Our launch dates are contractual and about sixty things have to happen in thirty days to hit one.

What we offer

$60,000 to $70,000 base depending on experience and location, with the top of the range for someone who already has both the AI build background and the operations background. Performance pay on top, paid on task completion and on-time launches, automation you build that measurably cuts manual work, on-time client deliverables, and client retention. Target total is $85,000 to $95,000 in year one and grows past six figures as the client portfolio grows.

Fully remote. We're based in Phoenix and work nationally. Some overlap with Mountain Time required.

Real ownership, which at our size means something. You'll be building the system this company runs on instead of maintaining someone else's.

How to apply

Send a resume and a short note covering two things: an automation or agent you built that's still running, and the messiest process you've ever cleaned up. We read these. A generic cover letter tells us nothing.
