Operations Manager

Job Summary

ANK Peachy Clean LLC is looking for an Operations Manager who can run the day-to-day of our cleaning business and help grow it. This is a dual role: part of your week is spent keeping crews, schedules, and client quality on track, and part is spent bringing in new business. If you've managed people in the cleaning industry and you're comfortable picking up the phone to close a deal, this role was built for you.

ANK Peachy Clean LLC provides professional cleaning services built on reliability, attention to detail, and treating every property like it's our own. As we grow, we need someone who can own operations and help drive new client growth — working directly with ownership rather than through layers of management.

About the Role

Twelve months in, this person will be running a tight, well-scheduled cleaning operation with consistent quality across accounts, and will have personally brought in a measurable number of new clients or contracts. You'll split your time between managing the team and the work in the field, and representing ANK Peachy Clean to prospective clients.

What You'll Do

Operations:

• Schedule, assign, and oversee cleaning staff across all active accounts, covering shifts yourself when needed.
• Inspect completed jobs against ANK Peachy Clean's quality standards and fix issues before they become complaints.
• Hire, train, and manage cleaning staff, including performance conversations and discipline when necessary.
• Keep supplies and equipment stocked, in good repair, and tracked across job sites.
• Handle client complaints directly and resolve them quickly.

Sales:

• Generate and follow up on new business leads for cleaning contracts — calls, referrals, and local outreach.
• Quote and close new residential and/or commercial cleaning accounts.
• Identify and sell add-on services to existing clients to grow account value.
• Represent ANK Peachy Clean professionally in client-facing meetings and site walkthroughs.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Prior experience managing people or operations at a cleaning/janitorial company, OR prior experience selling cleaning/janitorial services — this is a must-have, not a nice-to-have.
• Comfortable doing both hands-on team management and direct client sales — this role is genuinely both.
• Strong communication skills — with crews, clients, and ownership.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for site visits and client meetings.
• Available to pass a background check.

Preferred (nice to have):

• Experience quoting or estimating cleaning jobs (square footage, frequency, scope).

Existing local business contacts or referral network

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
