Operations Manager

KIANEN - UNILAB Distribution

A strategic leader who ensures operational excellence, drives efficiency, and supports business growth in the UNILAB division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the division's goals and company objectives.
• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the operations team to achieve KPIs and performance targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UNILAB standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in FMCG, distribution, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Result-driven with strong focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Willing to be assigned in the field and travel as needed.
