OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can take ownership of daily operations, improve internal processes, manage performance, implement systems, and ensure accountability across teams. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, analytical, proactive, disciplined, and capable of making decisions without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily company operations.
• Manage and optimize internal workflows.
• Develop and implement SOPs.
• Monitor employee productivity and performance.
• Track deadlines, tasks, attendance, and operational KPIs.
• Identify operational inefficiencies.
• Develop process improvements.
• Coordinate between departments.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Handle operational issues and escalations.
• Prepare regular management reports.
• Identify risks and operational bottlenecks.
• Support employee performance management.
• Monitor workflow implementation.
• Ensure operational accountability.
• Train and guide employees on processes.
• Continuously improve organizational efficiency.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
