Operations Manager

We’re Hiring: Operations Manager cum Business Development Manager | Construction | Dubai

SREE DHANYA, a growing construction and contracting company in Dubai, is looking for an experienced professional to oversee day-to-day operations and drive new business growth.

OPERATIONS

Closely monitor and coordinate all site and office operations

Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and manpower

Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, DEWA, and other authority requirements

Report regularly to management on project status and risks

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Identify and win new construction, fit-out, and maintenance projects in Dubai

Build relationships with developers, consultants, and clients

Handle tenders, pre-qualifications, quotations, and negotiations

Grow the company’s client base and market presence in the UAE

REQUIREMENTS

10+ years of experience in the Dubai/UAE construction industry, including a management role

Degree in Civil Engineering

Strong network with developers and consultants in Dubai

Good knowledge of tendering, contracts, and cost control

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

Valid UAE driving licence

STRONG ADVANTAGE

Approved engineer, G+Unlimited category

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in high-rise building construction

PMP certification
