Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities, with a strong focus on logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, and order fulfillment. This role ensures efficient daily operations, accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and continuous process improvements to support both wholesale and e-commerce business channels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage inventory accuracy through effective stock control, movement tracking, and replenishment planning to prevent shortages or overstocking.

· Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, supplier coordination, delivery scheduling, and timely customer deliveries.

· Lead daily warehouse operations covering receiving, storage, sorting, packing, dispatch, quality checks, returns, and optimization of warehouse layout and space utilization.

· Supervise day-to-day operations across logistics, warehouse, and delivery functions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted workflows.

· Drive continuous process improvements by identifying operational gaps and enhancing workflows, systems, and procedures for better productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency.

· Review, update, implement, and enforce SOPs to ensure compliance and consistency across logistics, warehouse, and operations teams.

· Prepare and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to management.

· Oversee e-commerce order fulfillment, ensuring timely processing, accurate dispatch, and coordination with customer service teams.

· Ensure accuracy and proper utilization of operational systems, including inventory management, shipment tracking, ERP, and reporting tools.

· Support customer service by managing returns, exchanges, and operational escalations professionally and on time.

· Manage facilities and equipment maintenance, addressing operational, safety, and facility-related issues promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and logistics processes.
• Experience in FMCG, perishables, or floral industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory/ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
