We need a results-driven Operations Manager who can lead teams, manage performance, meet KPIs, and ensure daily operations run smoothly in a fast-paced telemarketing environment.

📌 Job Details

- Position: Operations Manager

- Salary: PKR 100,000 to 130,000 per month

- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Manager

- Industry: Telemarketing experience is mandatory

- Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi

- Shift: Night Shift

- Work Mode: On Site

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate teams to achieve targets

• Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and overall performance

• Ensure daily tasks and operational goals are completed on time

• Handle pressure, resolve team challenges, and maintain accountability

• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans

• Maintain team discipline and operational efficiency

• Report performance and results to senior management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role

• Previous telemarketing experience is mandatory

• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve KPIs

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Strong decision-making skills and a results-focused mindset
