Operations Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager in overseeing daily operational activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth execution of local distribution services, mailroom operations, and supply chain management processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to operational efficiency and team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all the daily operational activities including local distribution services, mailroom operations, supply chain management and route planning.
• Lead the fleet of operations to ensure the smooth daily operations and achieve accurate and quality service standard.
• Ensure the cost effectiveness of operational activities to optimize resources and prioritize spending.
• Manage and communicate with subcontractors for service requirement and acquire reliable service performance.
• Able to handle emergency operations incident and ad hoc project as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Associate degree or above in business administration / logistics management or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of operational experience, in which at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant management capacity
• Minimum 3 years driving experience and familiar with HK transport activities.
• Possess excellent management and people skills to drive successful implementation.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and able to work with different levels of staff.
• Devoted and willing to work hands-on with positive attitude.
• Mature and able to work under pressure.
• Able to communicate effectively in Cantonese.
• PC Knowledge in MS applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $26,000.00 per month
