DHL Supply Chain is launching a new warehousing operation supporting one of the world's leading food and beverage companies, Olam. We are looking for a highly capable Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations, ensure operational excellence, and build a high-performing team from day one.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for delivering safety, quality, productivity, customer service, and continuous improvement across all warehouse activities.

Your Impact as Operations Manager

Lead Warehouse Operations

• Manage end-to-end warehouse activities including inbound, storage, inventory management, outbound, and value-added services
• Ensure operational KPIs, productivity, and service levels are achieved consistently
• Drive warehouse efficiency and resource optimization

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the key operational contact for the customer
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure service excellence
• Lead operational reviews and performance discussions

Safety & Compliance

• Promote a strong safety culture across the operation
• Ensure compliance with DHL, customer, and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

People Leadership

• Lead and develop supervisors and operational teams
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and engagement
• Support workforce planning and capability development

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field

• Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing large operational teams

• Strong knowledge of:

  1. Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  2. Inventory Management
  3. Distribution Operations
  4. Continuous Improvement methodologies

• Strong customer management and stakeholder engagement skills

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
