Location: Group-wide (multi-site) - North East

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus

An ambitious, operationally focused Operations Manager is needed to work across a portfolio of care homes, supporting Home Managers and driving improvements in performance, particularly occupancy.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can support and challenge Home Managers to deliver results while keeping resident experience and standards of care at the centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop Home Managers across the portfolio
• Drive performance improvements, with a focus on occupancy
• Challenge managers constructively to deliver results
• Maintain and improve standards of care and resident experience
• Work across multiple homes in a visible, hands-on capacity
• Ensure homes remain compliant with regulatory and organisational requirements

About You

• Previous experience as a successful Care Home Manager, Deputy Manager or in a multi-site operational role
• Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to grow occupancy
• A hands-on approach, with the ability to support and challenge Home Managers
• A genuine passion for improving resident experience and standards of care
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
