Operations Manager - Golf Course, Restaurant & Events

Blue Shamrock Golf Club in Palmerton, PA is preparing to reopen and expand food, beverage, and event operations. We are looking for an Operations Manager to help oversee day-to-day operations across the golf course, restaurant, bar, events, and guest experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable helping build systems from the ground up. The right person should be able to manage staff, help coordinate events, keep operations moving, and work directly with ownership during the reopening process.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the golf course, restaurant, bar, and event spaces
• Help hire, train, schedule, and manage staff
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, golf, maintenance, and event teams
• Help prepare for restaurant service, private events, golf outings, and banquets
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized property
• Communicate with vendors, customers, event clients, and staff
• Track supplies, equipment needs, and operational issues
• Help create and improve procedures as the business grows
• Support ownership with projects, planning, and reopening tasks

Qualifications:

• Restaurant, hospitality, golf course, events, or management experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment
• Willingness to be hands-on and help wherever needed
• Comfortable managing staff and solving problems
• Reliable, professional, and able to take ownership of tasks
• Weekend and event availability required

Pay: $800.00 - $1,100.00 per week
