Operations Manager

Our US-based client in the services industry is looking for an Operations Manager: someone we can fully trust to step in, take real ownership from day one, and drive results. This person should have the confidence to challenge the status quo, show the team how to improve processes, and lead changes in how things are done.

What You'll Do

• Client & Project Operations: Own scheduling, follow-up and service reporting for multi-unit accounts (60+ locations). Manage multi-week projects end to end, including timelines, subcontractors, on-site issues and daily client reports with summaries and photos.
• Sales Operations & Back Office: Take ancillary work off the sales team: purchase orders, proposals, job setup, invoicing handoffs and collections follow-up. Coordinate with finance to keep receivables and subcontractor payments on track.
• Systems & Automation: Manage and improve the company's tech stack (Airtable, Pipedrive, Zapier, PandaDoc, QuickBooks), including integrations, workflows and data accuracy. KPIs, Reporting & Team Rhythm: Build dashboards and scorecards for sales activity, such as lead response time, closing ratios and pipeline. Run weekly reporting cadences and document SOPs so the team works consistently.

• Founder freed from operations: Client accounts, projects and reporting run on time without the owner's involvement.
• Predictable, visible performance: Every account and salesperson has clear KPIs and on-time reporting, and client relationships are protected through proactive communication.
