Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facility management & security services.
• Ensure smooth functioning of housekeeping, security, technical, and support staff.
• Monitor site performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Handle client escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and contract retention.
• Attend client review meetings and submit performance reports.

3. Manpower Management

• Plan workforce deployment as per contract requirements.
• Supervise site supervisors and ensure proper staff attendance.
• Coordinate recruitment for operational staff.
• Manage training, discipline, and performance evaluation.

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, safety norms).
• Maintain all operational records and documentation.
• Ensure proper uniform, ID cards, and site registers are maintained.

5. Financial & Cost Control

• Monitor operational budgets and control expenses.
• Ensure billing coordination with accounts team.
• Optimize manpower utilization to reduce cost leakage.

6. Quality & Safety

• Implement quality control measures.
• Conduct safety drills and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and service quality as per industry standards.

Pay: ₹15,032.01 - ₹35,000.00 per month
