Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee restaurant operations across assigned brands, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, food quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned restaurant branches.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor sales, costs, productivity, and overall store performance.
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and support Branch Managers and store teams.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.
• Address operational issues, customer concerns, and escalations.
• Support new store openings and implementation of operational systems.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations management.
• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and quality standards.
• Ability to analyze sales, budgets, and performance reports.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel to different store locations as needed.
