Operations Manager

The Operations Manager / Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end pest control operations across multiple sites. This role involves overseeing service quality, audit compliance, technician performance, employee retention, and contributing to business growth by identifying and developing new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pest control operations across assigned client sites and ensure services are delivered as per agreed standards and schedules.

• Ensure all sites are audit-ready at all times and handle internal, client, and statutory audits effectively.

• Supervise, guide, and train technicians to improve work quality, safety practices, and service efficiency.

• Monitor technician performance, productivity, and compliance with company SOPs.

• Build strong relationships with site managers and clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.

• Focus on employee engagement and retention by addressing team concerns, conducting regular reviews, and maintaining a positive work environment.

• Identify new market segments, generate new business opportunities, and support contract acquisition efforts.

• Coordinate with sales, admin, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of new contracts.

• Experience in pest control operations or facility services (preferred).

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.

• Knowledge of audits, compliance, and service documentation.( if any)

• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously.

• Business development mindset with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
