About the Role

TOST is a growing UAE-based fast-casual food brand. We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in burger restaurants and high-volume fast-food operations.

We need someone who understands how to run a busy kitchen, manage teams, maintain consistent food quality, and deliver fast service while keeping costs under control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including kitchen, service, and staff.
• Ensure fast order preparation and smooth operations during peak hours.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain consistent food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and wastage.
• Recruit, train, and manage kitchen and service staff.
• Monitor sales, profitability, labor costs, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and municipality compliance.
• Work with the founders on improving processes and preparing for future expansion.
• Build operational systems that can be replicated across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in burger restaurant or fast-casual operations.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Area Manager, or Operations Manager.
• Strong understanding of burger kitchen operations, preparation workflows, and high-volume service.
• Experience managing food costs, staffing, inventory, and profitability.
• Experience developing SOPs and training restaurant teams.
• UAE restaurant operations experience preferred.
• Hands-on, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
