Job highlights

• Proven experience in operations management and business process optimization

• Maintain a helicopter view of operational processes, ensuring transparency and control.

• Own cross-functional operations between Projects and other departments (Finance, Legal, HR, Recruiting etc).

• Decompose processes into clear and measurable steps.

• Support process redesign initiatives and implement optimizations.

• Contribute to strategic operational initiatives together with the Head of Operations.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Proven experience in operations management and business process optimization.
• Ability to keep a helicopter view while ensuring attention to detail in execution.
• Solid skills in process decomposition and structuring; ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple way.
• Strong proficiency in G-suit.
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion, or mind-mapping tools would be an advantage.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate.
