Job Description:-

Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
Develop and generate reports on a daily or fortnightly basis, providing insights to senior management.
Coordinate with respective departments.
Support employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution as needed.
Maintain records and documentation in a confidential and organized manner.
Provide leadership and guidance to the operations teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for development and training.

Requirements for this position
