Are you an experienced automotive manufacturing leader with proven operational management capability and a track record of driving high‑performance production environments? We are looking for a hands‑on Operations Manager with strong automotive manufacturing experience to manage daily operations and ensure consistent production performance within an established facility.

This role will suit a technically strong operational leader who can manage Press Part Manufacturing in all its facets, drive performance, oversee multi‑tier teams, and ensure customer requirements are met in a fast‑paced production environment.

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Operations Management, Technology Management, Engineering, or Production Management
• Minimum 5 years’ quality experience within the automotive industry
• Minimum 10 years’ Press Shop experience (high‑tonnage mechanical presses, car body surface and structural components)
• Minimum 10 years’ supervisory experience in a Tier 1 automotive environment
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in tool and jig manufacturing or maintenance
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing demanding OEM customers
• Knowledge of new project management, including tool approval and commissioning
• Experience across core operational functions: Planning, Logistics, Quality, Production, Maintenance, Process Engineering Lean mindset with focus on efficiency improvements Experience managing multi‑tier organisational structures across shifts
