Operations Manager

Job Summary

Help launch a new indoor family entertainment and inflatables center! We’re looking for a hands-on manager who enjoys working with people, training a team, and creating a safe, welcoming experience for children and families.

You’ll help with pre-opening setup and staff training, then lead daily shifts once we open. This is an active, guest-facing role with plenty of variety, from supporting birthday parties to coaching staff and keeping the facility clean and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Run daily shifts and supervise team members

• Train and coach staff on guest service, safety procedures, and daily operations

• Welcome guests, answer questions, and handle concerns calmly

• Help birthday parties and group visits run smoothly

• Reinforce safety rules consistently

• Keep the facility clean, organized, and ready for guests

• Monitor equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns

• Assist with pre-opening setup and training

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts or supervising a team in entertainment, hospitality, retail, recreation, or a similar setting

• Comfortable training staff and giving clear, constructive feedback

• Friendly, patient, and confident working with children and families

• Able to handle guest concerns calmly and enforce safety rules consistently

• Dependable, organized, and willing to help with cleaning and daily operations

• Available Wednesday through Sunday, including evenings and weekends

Experience with birthday parties, family entertainment, or youth recreation is a plus. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Pay and Schedule

• $24–$26 per hour

• Typically 30–40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed

• Wednesday through Sunday

• Monday and Tuesday off

• Evening and weekend availability required

Anticipated Start Date

November 1–15, 2026, including pre-opening setup and training.
